Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can be a powerful resource to enhance the quality of one’s life. This might mean working to improve various aspects of your support systems, relationships, examining patterns that don’t seem to serve you any longer, setting healthy boundaries, or developing self-compassion. Alternatively, you may be feeling overwhelmed or in a crisis and simply need somebody to speak with.
Regardless of what brings you to psychotherapy, we will work together to create a non-judgmental space that allows you to explore, express, and experience growth and healing at your own pace.
My work is guided by the belief that we can grow and heal through relationships. My theoretical orientation is rooted in contemporary relational psychodynamic traditions, and informed by multicultural, feminist, social justice, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based lenses. My style tends to be curious, direct, and insight oriented.
