Individual Therapy
Therapy can be a powerful space to help create meaningful and lasting change in your life. It might involve strengthening your support system, improving your relationships, setting healthier boundaries, or understanding patterns that keep repeating. At other times, you may feel overwhelmed or in crisis and need a reliable professional to talk things through with.
Whatever brings you to therapy, we will work together to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore, express, and grow at your own pace.
My work is guided by the belief that we can grow and heal through relationships. My approach is rooted in contemporary relational psychodynamic therapy and informed by attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and multicultural, feminist, and strengths-based perspectives. My style is curious, direct, and insight-oriented.

Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative space to slow down and understand what is shaping your life right now. Together, we explore patterns in your relationships, emotional responses, and internal dialogue, especially the ones that feel stuck or painful.
This work can help you process trauma, navigate anxiety or depression, strengthen boundaries, and build greater self-trust. Over time, therapy supports deeper insight, emotional regulation, and more intentional choices in how you relate to yourself and others.
Individual psychotherapy can be provided as insight-oriented talk therapy, EMDR therapy, or as an integration of both, depending on your goals and what feels most supportive.

EMDR Intensives are extended, focused sessions designed to help you process trauma more efficiently than traditional weekly therapy. Instead of spreading the work out over months, intensives allow for sustained trauma reprocessing in a structured and supported format.
Using EMDR therapy, we target specific memories, triggers, or negative beliefs that continue to impact your nervous system. This format can be helpful if you want deeper work in a shorter period of time, have limited weekly availability, or are already in therapy and want to focus specifically on trauma.
EMDR Intensives are customized to your goals and can range from 90 minutes to several hours per session.
