Hi, I’m Andrew

I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in EMDR therapy and trauma treatment for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC adults. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic shame, or major life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to untangle alone.

I provide secure telehealth therapy to adults in Seattle, Washington, and New York City, New York, as well as to residents across both Washington and New York State.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and thoughtful. I focus on building a therapeutic relationship that deepens your self-understanding and helps you move through life with more clarity and steadiness. Whether we are working through trauma with EMDR therapy or exploring patterns in relationships, the goal is to help you feel more grounded and aligned with yourself.

If you are looking for EMDR therapy or trauma-focused therapy in Seattle or New York City, I welcome you to reach out to learn more.

Therapy Seattle

The Difference

I strive to provide excellent patient care that extends beyond our face-to-face sessions. As a patient in my practice, you will have access to the following services at no additional charge:

• My patient portal is designed to be user-friendly and efficient. It offers quick access to your invoices for insurance submissions, easy online bill payments, appointment reminders via email or text/SMS, and document sharing options for updated labs or reports.

  • I use fully HIPAA-compliant software to offer video sessions. These sessions are confidential and not recorded. You can join using your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • We know that health outcomes improve when providers work as a team. You can choose which treatment providers (hospitals, physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, etc.) you want me to coordinate with and what type of information I can share (e.g., updates on your nutrition status or mental health). This allows you to spend less time giving updates and more time focusing on your well-being.

  • In addition to cash and check payments, I accept credit cards, debit cards, and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments through the online patient portal.
